What to do if a student who suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 was taking the class

The teacher in charge of the class should instruct a student who suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 to return home promptly and consult with the person in charge according to the method prescribed by the prefecture.
Please Instruct students to recuperate at home until they feel better.
Please promptly report to the minimum necessary persons such as department managers, staff managers , and related persons (in charge of academic affairs, etc.).
If the suspicion of infection is uncertain, please pay close attention to the handling of the information. Also, please give due consideration from the viewpoint of personal information protection, such as sharing information related to infections only to those involved.
The office of the faculty will take steps to suspend attendance of the student and collect information such as the status of consultations with the administrative consultation desk and the status of examinations by the COVID-19 Infectious Diseases Control Manual.
